This Refund Policy applies to Corporate Doctor's paid 1:1 career guidance service and digital career programs, subject to applicable law and the specific terms shown at checkout.
1. 1:1 Career Guidance — ₹499
If you purchase a 30-minute 1:1 career guidance session, you may request a cancellation and refund before the scheduled session begins. Once the session has started or has been completed, the session fee is generally non-refundable.
If you cannot attend, contact us as early as possible at hello@corporatedoctor.in. Where reasonably possible, we may offer one rescheduling opportunity instead of a refund.
2. Job-ready digital programs — ₹4,999
Because digital programs can provide immediate access to educational content, refund eligibility may depend on whether meaningful access or consumption of the program has already occurred. Where a refund is permitted, requests should be made promptly and before substantial course consumption, downloads or completion.
The applicable product checkout may state additional or more specific refund conditions. If so, those product-specific conditions will apply to that purchase.
3. Incorrect or duplicate payments
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or were charged due to a technical error, contact us with the transaction/order details so we can investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a correction or refund.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@corporatedoctor.in with your name, registered email, order/transaction reference, product purchased and reason for the request. Do not send OTPs, passwords or full card details.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the relevant payment/checkout system or original payment method where supported. Processing time can depend on the payment provider or bank.
6. Applicable consumer rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law. Corporate Doctor will handle valid complaints and refund requests in accordance with applicable law.
